Question: Who has influenced your personal musical style? Answer: Miranda Lambert and Waylon Jennings. Miranda is my Idol. I know every single song she has recorded. I grew up listening to Waylon and I still do every day.

Question: Who is your favorite male artist and why? Answer: Waylon Jennings, because he was raw, outlaw country. He wrote so many great songs.

Question: Who is your favorite female artist and why? Answer: Miranda Lambert, because she really tires to stay true to real country music. She talks about guns and stuff and that's what I love.

Question: What was the first concert you attended? Answer: *NSYNC. I was like 7 and it was pretty fun.

Question: If you could perform in any venue? Answer: The Grand Ole Opry, because that is an amazing honor in country music.

Question: How has music inspired you? Answer: By giving me an outlet to express exactly what I'm feeling. I can also rock out and get all my energy out.

Question: Do you have any formal singing training? Answer: I've taken singing lessons since I was young, just to work on technique.

Question: What album would your friends be surprised you own? Answer: Lil Wayne's album.

Question: If you could perform with any person or group, who would it be and why? Answer: Miranda Lambert, because she is my Idol!

Question: What do you do to unwind after a performance? Answer: Just sit down, relax and talk!

Question: Which theme week would be most challenging to you and why? Answer: I think anything to do with a pop legend would be most difficult.

Question: What theme week would you love to have for Season 11? Answer: An oldies country like a Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings or George Jones song.

Question: What's your dream song to perform? Answer: 'Guns' by Justin Moore.

Question: What makes a great performer? Answer: Someone that knows exactly who they are and aren't afraid to show it.

Question: How do you combat stage fright? Answer: I just take deep breaths, talk to my besties Hollie & Josh, and pray!

Question: How do you plan on differentiating yourself in the competition? Answer: Just being my country self.

Question: If you could model your career after an artist, who would it be and why? Answer: Miranda and Carrie = Queens of Country. Enough Said.

Question: If you couldn't sing, what other talent would you most like to have? Answer: Gymnastics.

Question: What has been the most unique job/chore you've ever had? Answer: Clean soap. Yes, someone told me to clean their soap. Can soap get dirty?

Question: How would you define success in life? Answer: Doing what you love no matter what it is, and giving back.

Question: What's the most embarrassing thing you've ever seen or experienced?? Answer: Falling at school.

Question: What's your proudest moment in life outside of American Idol? Answer: Accepting Christ and getting the legacy award at school.

Question: What would people be surprised to learn about you? Answer: I'm really good at solitaire and I can turn my arms in full circles.

Question: If you have 24 hours to do anything you wanted, what would you do? Answer: Meet Miranda and Waylon. Sing at the Opry, CMA Fest, CMA Awards, CMT Awards, ACM Awards, Grammys, and win all those too.

Question: Who is the person that you would most like to meet? Answer: Miranda Lambert and Waylon Jennings, if only he were alive.

Question: Do you have a favorite quote, phrase or personal motto / words to live by? Answer: JOHN 14:6

Question: What's been the most surprising part of the Idol experience so far? Answer: It's like a job when it comes to hours, but we are doing exactly what we dreamed of so it's great.

Question: What have you learned about yourself by going through the Idol audition process? Answer: To stand your ground, but also be open to possibilities.

Question: What are you hoping to get out of your Idol experience? Answer: I'm hoping to become a recording artist and make albums and go on tour. On a personal note I want to gain more confidence and give back in any way I can.
